Welcome!  We call ourselves the La Joya Bookology Club!  Our goal is to let everyone know how fun reading can be and to inform other students about good books that the La Joya Library Media Center has to offer.  This year we will be exploring different genres every month or two months.

When and where do we meet?

Every Wednesday afternoon after school from 3:15 p.m. - 4:15 p.m in the Library Media Center
How do students join?
bulletTo join La Joya students may walk in and sign up when we are having a meeting. 
What do we do?  We check out new books and talk about what we have been reading.  We also do fun activities such as:
bulletREAD!  READ! and then READ some more!

bulletArts and crafts that go with our themes and genres
bulletArtwork for the library to encourage other students to read
