Bats are good for the environment (nature).

When bats fly from tree to tree
they
pollinate and help more
trees and fruit to grow.

When bats eat fruit they drop seeds that help new plants and trees to grow.

Many of those plants are important because we get medicines from them.

Bats also drop something else - their
waste (poop). These bat droppings,
called guano, are the best natural
plant fertilizers. Fertilizer is what
farmers and gardeners add to the
soil to help plants grow.

So bats are important to the environment and to people.
