Christmas Stockings for Shelter Moms

On December 4th, 2004 members collected items and filled twenty stockings that were then presented to the Porterville Women’s Shelter moms by Lynn Wise.

Eta Zeta members present agreed that this project was a wonderful way to share the holiday spirit and agreed to continue the project next year.

Eta Zeta have continued this project and every year we fill stocking to spread holiday cheer.  In 2008 we had the nicest stocking by far filled with make-up, jewelry, candy, and hygiene items.
