In this theme we will be looking at how we can see nature at work in different places and at different times in our communities.

What changes occur in nature as the seasons change?  How do animals change?  How do plants change?  Watch the video and complete the assignment.

What do animals do in winter?  Don't they get very cold?  How do they survive?  Use this link to find out.

What are some of the different places that we can go to observe nature?

Are there any rules or safety tips to remember before we go on a Nature Walk?  Read these reminders, and then look for an activity that you can enjoy.

Have you ever walked in the woods? Read the story of one boy's walk in the woods.

Or a Nature Walk can be in your own back yard.  What can you observe in your own yard?
