In this theme we will be looking at how people and animals live together in the same habitats.

Thinking about habitats:

What are some habitats that you know? How are habitats alike and different? What do all habitats provide for the animals who live there?

Watch the Habitats video and take the quiz. Do you have a better understanding of habitats?

Then use the links at the left to view some habitats around the world.  Can you name some ways that animals adapt to their surroundings for survival?

Complete the Habitat activity to learn about Food Chains within a habitat.
