Who Wants to Be a

Rock Star ?

In order to be successful and be chosen to appear on the "Who Wants to Be a Rock Star" television show, you must prepare for the audition, or try-out.  You will not be doing this all alone - you will be working and trying-out in a group.  Your group must demonstrate that you know about rocks, soils, and fossils and that you can confidently tell others what you know.  You will audition in front of the television show's producers. You will need to make your audition as interesting as possible. There are four parts in the task of preparing for the rock star try-out:

Learning as much as you can about rocks, soils,
        and fossils - this learning is called research;

Writing and preparing pictures about what you
        have learned;

Presenting your information before
        an audience;

Cooperating with your group to make
        the best audition possible.

The Process page will direct you as you prepare for the audition.
